We follow BCACCÂ recommended fee ranges:
Fees for Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC)
Initial consultation 20 min free
Individual therapy (in person or online per 50 minute session) – $135.00 to $140.00
Couples | Family therapy (in person or online per 50 minute session) – $150.00 to $160.00

Insurance and Extended Health Benefit
We do not partner with insurance but instead, provide clients with a receipt to submit to their insurance provider. Insurance providers often offer reimbursement for CCC or RCCÂ services.Â
We would encourage you to speak directly with your insurance provider to find out if you are covered for services by a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) & a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) prior to your first appointment.

Cancellation Policy
Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time set aside especially for you, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment. If for any reason a session is canceled less than 24 hours prior, the full fee will be charged.
